If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will reprint and resend it or refund you.
Please check the preview carefully before ordering. We can't refund spelling mistakes or wrong locations entered in the editor, but write to us before printing starts and we will do our best to help.
If your parcel doesn't arrive, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund.
